A private developer sought Heartland Engineering’s expertise for conceptualizing a premier RV park and recreational facility in Ripley County, Missouri. The envisioned plan details approximately 68 RV sites with concrete pads, four premium rental cabins, an extensive paved access with interspersed gravel drives, an all-encompassing concrete boardwalk around the lake, dedicated water utility conduits, and a venue for special events. Preliminary designs capitalized on GIS and LiDAR data to accurately render property demarcations and elevation contours.
