About Us
Deep Roots in the Heartland
Our founders, Bob and Michael, epitomize the spirit of the American heartland. Born and nurtured in the verdant landscapes of Southeast Missouri, their life stories intertwine with this region's rich history and resilient communities. Their upbringing in rural Missouri wasn't just about witnessing the struggles of underprivileged communities; it was about understanding them. It instilled in them a vision: to uplift these communities by addressing the ever-growing gap in infrastructure.
While many engineering firms focus solely on affluent clients, Heartland Engineering's mission is different. We advocate for both flourishing and disadvantaged communities, offering our expertise to ensure that everyone, regardless of their economic background, has access to innovative and effective engineering solutions.
