In 2024, Heartland Engineering delivered a comprehensive civil-site engineering design for a new residential development in Poplar Bluff, MO. This project, featured eleven apartment buildings and involved extending water and sewer lines to connect the buildings with the existing municipal systems, ensuring reliable access to public utilities.

We also designed and implemented a stormwater management system, including a detention basin, to effectively manage runoff and prevent flooding. Site grading was carried out to prepare the land for construction, and to ensure proper drainage and stability. Additionally, our firm designed the streets and parking areas, providing safe and convenient access for residents.
