project description

Heartland Engineering is excited to announce our selection for several upcoming street paving projects funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Partnering with our Regional Planning Commissions and Councils of Government, we have secured contracts to help multiple communities each obtain over $500,000 in grant funding for city street repairs and drainage improvements.

We extend our gratitude to the communities that have chosen our firm for this important work: Alton, Birch Tree, Delta, Fisk, Gideon, Neelyville, Qulin, Park Hills, and Winona.

Our team at Heartland Engineering has been diligently preparing preliminary engineering reports to ensure funding is secured by the end of 2024. We anticipate starting the design phase in the spring of 2025, with hopes to complete the overlay projects by summer of 2025.
