Civil Site Development for a Private Developer in Ripley County, Missouri

A private developer sought Heartland Engineering’s expertise for the concept and design of a premier RV park and recreational facility in Ripley County, Missouri. The final plan included approximately 68 RV camp sites with concrete pads, four premium rental cabins, an extensive paved access with interspersed gravel drives, an all-encompassing concrete boardwalk around the lake, dedicated water utility conduits, and a venue for special events. Preliminary design made use of GIS and LiDAR data to accurately render property demarcations and elevations for site planning.
